Lord Allah wipes out and confirms what He Wishes, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
Surath Fathiha is known as the Mother of the Book. If all 312 previous Messengers are given Adhikr, Messenger Muhammad was given with Adhikr including the Mother of the Book as explained in verse 2: 2. Today, Adhikr-the Best Interpretation of Lord's Book mentioned in verse 25: 33-is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. Only True Muslims who submit wholly to Lord will accept It as the Guidance, Mercy, and Herald as explained in verse 16: 89.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar and Kuffar are having their ledger in Sijjeen of Hell as explained in verse 9: 31. These worst creatures who are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr will never return into the Straightpath and Paradise as explained in verses 2: 18 and 8: 22.
